STRENGTH
Our strength focused class, designed to help you build lean muscle & strength. Our Strength classes are built around quality movement, proper technique, and gradual progression to help you build strength week by week. (Currently Functional Fit)
CARDIO & STRENGTH
Our Hybrid class for both cardio & strength. A full-body circuit workout using strength and cardio stations. Scalable, motivating, and suitable for all fitness levels. (Currently Group Circuit & Group Fit)
HIIT
Our signature HIIT class. A high-energy, full-body workout combining cardio and strength in timed intervals. Fast, effective, and guaranteed to make you sweat.
MAT PILATES
This is Not your average Mat Pilates.. Our signature class combines Thoughtful programming with added Pilates props to challenge your strength, stability, and mobility — Expect to leave feeling strong and energised.
MUMS & LITTLE ONES
Rebuild strength, regain confidence and enjoy quality time with your little legend! It’s your time to move, stretch and smile - all whilst your mini Legend explores beside you. Whether your wee one is an infant, toddler, preschooler OR if you would just like to come on your own for some YOU time.
